ASA Recruitment are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to individuals with a wide range of learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients.
Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation.
Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

What we need from you:

Previous experience working as a Support Worker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
