Position: Support Worker

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours. Your efforts will help clients achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including activities such as swimming, taking them shopping, cinema trips and there is an on-site gym to help promote exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
– Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, making meals, laundry, and organising, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
– Foster meaningful and supportive relationships with clients through empathetic listening and engaging in social activities.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, care provided, and any relevant information.
Schedule:
– Weekends 8am – 8pm
– Flexible options are available
Salary:
– From £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Previous UK Support / Care experience
– Must have 6 months paid care experience in the UK
– Valid Right to Work in the UK
– CV covering 10 years work history
– PVG Update required through ASA
– Registration with the SSSC
– Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Full UK driving licence
