Become a Support Worker with ASA Recruitment and let’s shape lives. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you won’t just be doing a job, you’ll be stepping into someone’s story. You’ll be the friendly face that brightens their day, you will play a crucial role in providing day to day support to individuals with a wide range of learning disabilities including epilepsy and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high quality personal care and support to clients with Learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy.
· Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and timely delivery.
· Monitor clients for any changes in their health and wellbeing Including respond appropriately to epilepsy related events.
· Be a champion of independence. Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation.
Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of care provided
· With warmth, you offer companionship and support, ensuring that no individual ever feels alone in their journey
Requirements:
· UK Support / Care experience
· Valid Right to Work in the UK
· CV covering 10 years work history
· PVG Update required through ASA
· Registration with the SSSC
· Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
· Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Adaptable and flexible, available to cover days, nights, and weekends to ensure continuous care.

· Pay starts at £12, rising to £21.65 based on length of service. With enhancements for night shifts, and weekends.
