Job Description: We are currently seeking two compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join an existing client’s expanding team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, Learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
· Assist with light housekeeping and ensure a clean and safe environment.
· Offer companionship and emotional support.
· Document and report client progress and any changes in their condition.
· Participate in outdoor activities to promote socialisation and well-being.

Requirements:
· 6 months paid UK experience in caregiving or Support Work.
· Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· SVQ3 is an advantage or willingness to work towards.
· PVG update member or willingness to apply (application to be done through ASA Recruitment)

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Salary:
· From £12.00 per hour depending on level of experience

Schedule:
Vacancy 1:
· 36 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
· 3 days weekly, over a 4-week pay period.
· Includes some weekend work.
Vacancy 2:
· 36 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
· Over a 4-week pay period.
· Includes some weekend work.
