Saturdays and Sundays: £13.95 – £14.70 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for managing and guiding care staff while ensuring that each resident’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Your duties will include:
· Managing and Reviewing Care Plans: Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans to ensure they align with resident’s needs and preferences.
· Medication Administration: Safely administer medication according to protocols and document all records accurately to maintain compliance and resident safety.
· Leadership and Support: Supervise, mentor, and provide hands-on training to care staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high standards of care.
· Collaboration: Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external services to ensure that care plans are updated and resident’s health needs are addressed promptly.
What We Require
· SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
· Proven Experience: A background in a care setting, with previous supervisory or leadership experience within the health and social care field.
· Leadership Skills: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities to manage and support your team effectively.
· Compassionate Approach: A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care, with the ability to inspire others to provide the highest level of service.
