Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong IBM Curam SPM experience who has a passion for delivering impactful solutions?
Our Central belt based client is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month contract.
Key Applicant Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes across all stages of the change lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and review.
- Over 10 years of hands-on expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements, processes, and rules, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organisational goals.
- More than 5 years of deep experience utilising IBM Curam SPM software to design and deliver effective solutions for social program management.
- Significant contributions to UK benefit programs, including over 5 years of experience working on Personal Independence Payment (PIP), providing insights that improved operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the creation of clear, actionable requirements, User Stories, and stakeholder documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in English, enabling precise communication, thorough documentation, and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of formal business process documentation standards and methodologies, ensuring clarity and consistency in project deliverables.
- Well-versed in a range of business modelling techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and use case modelling, to drive informed decision-making and project success.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be based within a commutable distance to Glasgow or Edinburgh as regular attendance will be needed at offices within each city. This role offers hybrid working and also offers a maximum day rate of £650 outside IR35.
