ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for Residential Childcare Workers throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

What the role involves:

Providing care and guidance to vulnerable children and young people.
Promoting good relationships and achievements whilst being a positive role model.
Promoting and ensuring safeguarding for any children and young people.
Ensuring care plans are updated accordingly.
Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
Taking part in any day to day actives with the children and young people.

What we need from you:

At least 6 months UK care experience working with children.
Drivers License is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Commitment and reliability.
Behavioural management training – CALMS, TCI and PMVA.
Must be SSSC registered or willing to register within the first 6 months of joining.
