What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and guide your care team to deliver person-centred support.

• Provide comprehensive care, considering the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of each resident.

• Promote a positive and professional environment through leadership and mentorship.

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of every resident.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• A valid NMC Pin.

• Two clinical references confirming your nursing experience.

• Confidence in Moving and Handling procedures.

• A current PVG Check.
