What to expect:

You will be working from our Edinburgh Office; based in the heart of the city centre – no remote working. You will be part of a wider office environment who provide professional recruitment services to a range of clients. Duties will include providing support to resourcers and consultants for live roles they are working on. You will also act as the main point of contact for all initial candidate queries.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for candidates queries via phone or e-mail
• Utilise our CRM system, with an advanced level of access to schedule work, respond to requests, investigate issues and queries and ensure compliance documents are checked and filed in the system
• To ensure that vacancies are input on applicant management system and ensure this is kept up to date.
• To participate in attracting new candidates by the completion of searches, drafting advertising copy and other promotional material as appropriate.

• Can work well under pressure
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5pm
