What to expect:

You will be working from our Glasgow Office; based in the heart of the city centre – no remote working. You will be part of a wider team who provide professional support to our recruitment teams.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for clients and candidates when entering the premises for interview or training
• Managing a phone system and answering all incoming calls in a professional and confident manner
• Utilise our CRM system, to ensure compliance documents are logged and filed correctly
• Utilising software to send out mailers on behalf of consultants
• Using Microsoft office packages to create CV’s for candidates
• Any other duties as and when required

What we’re looking for:

• A motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced and people centric environment

• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working hours:

• Rota basis: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am – 5pm or 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
