Are you a full qualified Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a New Build Housing project?

Our Falkirk based client are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an initial 1-year contract. You will join the housing team to incorporate a range of services such as architecture, quantity surveying and site inspectorate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full professional quantity surveying service
  • Assist with the supervision of professional and technical staff
  • Carry our appraisals and procurement
  • Contract management activities
  • Support the delivery of a substantial capital program

Key Applicant Requirements

  • Qualified to degree level
  • Full RICS membership
  • Building contract experience
  • Detailed knowledge of current methods of measurement and industry standard forms of contract
  • Experience of Masterbill software and QSCad software (desired)
  • Knowledge of procurement and associated regulations (desired)
