ASA Recruitment are currently going through a period of growth and looking for talented Project Workers to work within a wide range of services throughout Glasgow.

Our clients are committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction. As a Project Worker you will provide a tailored service to help our Service users within the project rebuild their lives, regain independence, and achieve long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualised support plans.
Provide one-on-one support, guidance, and advocacy.
Work collaboratively with local healthcare providers, and housing services.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor resident’s progress.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organizational policies.

What we need from you:

Experience in a similar role or working with vulnerable groups.
Knowledge of issues related to homelessness and substance misuse.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy, resilience, and a non-judgmental approach.
Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or related fields are desirable.
