Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and CEO as they lead this £30M enterprise. From Crieff to the Borders and the West Highlands, the CEO oversees operations at seven hotels and holds prominent roles.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively manage diaries and scheduling for the leadership team
· Arrange bookings, travel, meetings, and events
· Provide personal administrative support to the CEO
· Prepare speeches, presentations, and briefings for internal and external engagements
· Take minutes and capture action notes during meetings
· Handle telephone and email communications on behalf of the leadership team
· Flexibility to travel across our client’s hotel sites and attend events beyond regular hours when needed
About You
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
· Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Ability to represent the CEO professionally, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
· Confident, proactive, and commercially aware
· Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail
· Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
· Demonstrates confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy at all times

· Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE) with excellent staff benefits
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility as the role requires
