Are you a Cook in Glasgow looking for work?

We at ASA Recruitment have a position available for you right now.

We work with a large local authority as well as a number of local independent organisations which deal with sites including carehomes, day centres, housing associations and children’s units.

You will be working to meet the needs of the sites service users and or residents, your duties will revolve around cooking and prepping food from the facilities set menu.

Responsibilities include:
· Monitoring and controlling, recording of kitchen temperatures.
· Having high standards of hygiene and awareness.
· Comply with Health and Safety arrangements in designated areas and across the facility.
· Use relevant systems and procedures for ordering, storing, monitoring and controlling stock.
· Observe and comply with COSHH, Health and Safety, hygiene and food safety regulations and report any incidents to the relevant team member.
