ASA Recruitment are on the hunt for a passionate individual to join our Corporate Accounts Team as an IT Account Manager.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting top-notch candidates with our prestigious corporate clients. You will be predominantly working from our Glasgow Office (sometimes our Edinburgh Office); both based in the heart of the city centre – no remote working. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing accounts for our valued clients, attracting and screening candidates for diverse roles, and ensuring our clients’ staffing needs are met with precision and excellence.

• At least 2 years experience in an IT field (preferably B2B or within Recruitment)

While previous recruitment experience is a plus, it’s not a deal-breaker! We offer comprehensive training to all team members, so if you’re enthusiastic and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

We offer an attractive salary and benefits package. In addition, we also have an uncapped bonus scheme where your earning potential is directly linked to the effort and time that you put into the role. Working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with a 5pm finish on a Friday

You will have on the job, off the job, e-learning as well as 121 individual coaching to support and tailor training to your own unique needs.

You will also have 31 days holiday entitlement, which rises to a maximum 38 days in line with length of service and an ability to gain an additional day off for your birthday for low absence levels within the prior year. Also included is life insurance, access to private medical insurance, as well as a Company Pension scheme.
