Internal Sales Co-ordinator

Are you an enthusiastic self starter with a great attitude and a passion for customer service?
If so, you might be the perfect fit for our client’s busy sales support team.
Your role will involve providing excellent service to clients and supporting the external sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Serving clients with respect and helpfulness, building strong relationships.
– Handling phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
– Generating quotes and issuing job instructions.
– Managing client projects to meet deadlines and specifications.
– Upselling products/services and sourcing solutions from suppliers.
– Ensuring timely invoicing and managing purchases.
Essential Skills and Experience:
– Experience in a related role or industry.
– Excellent communication skills and a team oriented approach.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
