ICT Service Manager

Description

ASA are working with a large-scale public sector client who are seeking an Interim Service Manager (ICT) to support a transformation project and assist in the re-design and implementation of an Intelligent Client Function.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high performance and reliability.
· Manage relationships with managed service providers and internal stakeholders.
· Monitor and report on service performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
· Support incident management and ensure service continuity.
· Drive compliance with contractual obligations related to transition and exit.
· Analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
· Promote collaboration and information sharing between providers and teams.
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with service management.

Essential Skills & Experience
· Strong background in ITIL Service Management.
· Proven experience as a Service Integrator within a SIAM operating model.
· Expertise in service performance monitoring and supplier management.

Desirable Skills
· SIAM Transition & Exit Management.
· SIAM Service Architecture.
· Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM).

· Outside IR35
