What you will be doing:
· Routine maintenance and minor repairs.
· Health & safety compliance by keeping everyone safe by adhering to the highest standards in all maintenance activities.
· Timely response be the hero who swiftly addresses maintenance request from staff and residents.
· Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities and report any significant repair needs to management.

Requirements
· Valid PVG for adults or willingness to get one.
· Experience in handyman role.
