Our client is seeking a Front of House Facilities Specialist to join their team, delivering essential facilities management services that prioritise safety, security, and exceptional customer support.

About the Role

As a Front of House Facilities Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, customers, and external visitors, ensuring the smooth operation and security of core buildings. This role requires a professional, customer-focused approach, with responsibilities spanning security, facilities support, and proactive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the safety and security of core buildings through monitoring, patrols, and access control.
  • Support building operations, including workspace and conferencing setup, as well as distribution services.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing change management initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Effectively use technology to enhance safety, security, and communication across the organisation.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven experience in a facilities, security, or customer service role.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and security, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks.
  • Confidence in using technology to enhance service delivery and ensure safety and security.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in working within a change management environment.
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance in facilities or security roles.

Additional Information

  • This role involves working a shift pattern, with an additional 12.5% allowance for shift work. There may also be opportunities for weekend overtime, which will be compensated accordingly.
