Temporary Contract (37.5 hours per week plus overtime)

Our client, a dynamic and fast growing fabrication company based in Aberdeen, is seeking a skilled and proactive Fabricator / Welder to join their expanding team.

As a growing business, they value expertise in welding, a strong work ethic, and a hands on approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship to be part of an innovative and collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret fabrication drawings, with a full understanding of weld symbols.
– Visually check and inspect work before welding commences to ensure quality and accuracy.
– Ensure that stock tag numbers remain marked on unused materials when returned to steel racks.
– Demonstrate extensive knowledge and proficiency in using fabrication equipment.

Skills and Experience:
– Must have an accredited apprenticeship in fabrication or equivalent qualifications.
– Must be able to accurately interpret fabrication drawings and apply this knowledge professionally.
– Strong communication and organisational skills to work effectively within a team.
– Ability to understand and comply with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) processes and regulations.
