Data Analyst

Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work alongside a largescale client on a temporary 3-month contract to support a Digital Transformation Programme. Your primary focus will be on investigating, documenting, and cleansing existing data models and data sets as part of the introduction of a centralized Data Warehouse. This will support the implementation of Contact Centre (CC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that are critical to meeting the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Data Investigation & Documentation: Analyse current data models, document them centrally, and ensure data integrity.
· Data Cleansing: Review and cleanse data models to support the merging of two existing CRM systems into one, alongside the implementation of a new Contact Centre platform.
· Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather and document detailed data models and existing documentation.
· Support Centralised Data Warehouse Development: Assist in integrating data from existing platforms into a new centralised data warehouse.
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in dealing with complex data sets.
· Strong proficiency in data modelling and documentation.
· Advanced knowledge of SQL and database interaction.

Desirable Skills:
· Experience with SAP Hana/SAP BO reporting suite.
· Experience within CRM and/or Contact Centre environments.
· Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
