Job Title: Cook
Location: Dunfermline (with opportunities in Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Inverkeithing, Cowdenbeath, and Cupar)
Hours: 08:00 – 14:00
Salary: £13 per hour, increasing to £16 per hour on weekends

Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook nutritious meals, catering to various dietary requirements.
· Ensure meals are well-presented and meet texture-modified needs as required.
· Keep the kitchen clean and organised, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
· Manage kitchen stock and place orders as necessary.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet meal service time lines.
Requirements:
· Experience with meal preparation, portion control, and basic nutrition.
· City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow dietary guidelines.
· Good communication skills and a team player.
· Flexibility to travel to different locations when needed.
