Responsibilities:

Comply with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and meets quality standards.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and nutrition.
Valid food hygiene and food allergen certificates.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional culinary skills and versatility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to different locations as required.
