Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Fife and surrounding areas, including Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Leven, Cupar, Dunfermline, and Lochgelly

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring meals meet high standards of quality and nutrition.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens and dining areas, complying with all health and safety regulations.
· Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
· Adapt to a variety of work environments, including schools, care homes, and local authority facilities.

· Flexible Hours: Shifts tailored to suit your availability.
· Competitive Pay: £12.00 per hour, rising to £12.67 per hour and £16 on weekends after 12 weeks.

Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Catering Assistant is a bonus but not essential.
· Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
· Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
· Essential: Valid Right to Work in the UK and PVG for adults.
· A CV covering the last five years of work history.
