Carer – Making a Difference in St Andrews

Your Role as a Carer:
· Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
· Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
· Helping residents during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
· Maintaining accurate care records and promptly reporting any concerns.
· Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
· Kind, empathetic individuals with a caring and patient nature.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
· A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of residents.
· Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
Pay Rates:
· Weekdays: £12.05 – £13.15 per hour
· Saturdays: £12.56 – £13.94 per hour
· Sundays: £13.25 – £14.64 per hour
Shift Patterns:
· Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
· Night Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00
