Carer – Supporting Lives in Dunfermline
Pay Rates:
· Weekdays: £12.05 – £13.15 per hour
· Saturdays: £12.56 – £13.94 per hour
· Sundays: £13.25 – £14.64 per hour
Shift pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00

As a Carer, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our residents, ensuring they receive the personalised care they deserve.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Carer, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your day-to-day duties will include:
· Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
· Companionship and Social Engagement: Offering companionship and encouraging residents to engage in social activities, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
· Mealtime Support: Helping residents with meals, ensuring they are well-nourished, hydrated, and supported throughout mealtimes.
· Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate care notes, documenting changes in resident’s health or behaviour, and reporting any concerns to senior staff members.
· Promoting Independence: Supporting residents in maintaining their independence by encouraging them to complete tasks on their own where possible.
