Pay Rates:
· Weekdays: £12.95 – £14.05 per hour
· Saturdays and Sundays: £13.95 – £14.70 per hour
Shift Pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00 available

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Carer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Your key duties will include:
· Creating Personalised Care Plans: Develop, implement, and regularly review individual care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of residents.
· Leadership and Supervision: Mentor and supervise care staff, providing hands-on training to enhance their skills and ensure best practices.
· Medication Management: Administer medications accurately and safely, maintaining detailed records and adhering to all compliance standards.
· Promoting a Positive Culture: Foster a supportive, compassionate environment that encourages kindness, respect, and excellence in care delivery.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
· SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
· Experience in a supervisory or senior care role within a health and social care setting
· Leadership and Team Building Skills: A natural motivator who leads by example, with strong organisational and decision-making abilities
· Excellent Communication Skills: An approachable manner that inspires confidence and trust in residents, families, and your team
