Pay Rate:

Non-AWR (Pre 12 weeks): £12.00 per hour
AWR Qualified – No SVQ3 (Post 12 weeks): £13.26 per hour (weekdays) and £17.68 per hour (weekends and night shifts)
AWR Qualified – SVQ3 (Post 12 weeks): £13.59 per hour (weekdays) and £18.12 per hour (weekends and night shifts)
Shifts Available: Day Shift, Back Shift, Night Shift

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised care, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support residents during meals and activities, fostering independence wherever possible
Maintain accurate records of care and promptly report any concerns
Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
What You’ll Need:

At least 6 months of recent care experience within the last 3 years
A valid PVG certificate (preferably issued within the past year)
Registration with the SSSC or readiness to register before starting
A caring, empathetic, and professional approach to resident care
Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to travel to various locations
