Care Assistant
Location: Kirkcaldy & Glenrothes
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for dedicated Care Assistants to support residents in local authority care homes across Kirkcaldy and surrounding areas. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Your Role Includes:
= Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
= Helping with meals, social activities, and promoting independence.
= Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
= Keeping detailed records of care provided and communicating any changes to senior staff.
= Maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach to all interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
= At least 6 months of recent care experience (within the last 3 years).
= A valid PVG is preferred but not essential and being dated within the last year for faster application.
= SSSC registration or willingness to register after starting.
= A reliable, caring individual with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
