Weekdays: £12.05 – £13.15 per hour
Saturdays: £12.56 – £13.94 per hour
Sundays: £13.25 – £14.64 per hour
Shift Patterns:
Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
Night Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00

What You’ll Do
In your role as a Carer, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that enhance residents’ quality of life. Your key duties will include:
Personal Care Assistance – Supporting residents with daily hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance, while promoting their independence and dignity.
Mealtime Support – Assisting residents during meals, encouraging healthy eating habits, and ensuring that all dietary requirements are met.
Social Engagement – Building meaningful relationships with residents, encouraging participation in activities, and providing companionship.
Accurate Record-Keeping – Ensuring that all care provided is documented clearly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date records on resident’s health and well-being.
Collaboration – Working closely with family members, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure the needs of residents are met.
