  Due to recent growth, we are currently recruiting for care assistants to join our team throughout the North Lanarkshire area.

  As a Care Assistant, you will keep the residence at the heart of everything you do and go above & beyond to ensure they are getting all the right care & support.

  The role of a care assistant is fundamental and no small task, you directly contribute to how pleasant and comfortable a resident’s living experience is day in day out.

  So, if you are an experienced Health or Social Care Assistant who wishes to explore a new or existing avenue in care, then ASA is looking for you!

  Your responsibilities:

  * Strong communicator with adaptability for a range of residents.
  * Deliver high levels of care.
  * Assist with the mobility of residents using relevant equipment and manual handling.
  * Assist with immediate needs of residents, including but not limited to washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  * Treat all service users and staff with dignity and respect.

  Essential requirements:

  * UK work experience.
  * SSSC (within 6 months of working with us)
  * 10-year work history within CV
  * Caring personality.
