About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate carers to join our team in local authority care homes across Fife. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Support residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, and meal times.
Foster a warm and friendly environment that promotes the health and happiness of all residents.
Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver consistent, person-centred care.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the management team.
Requirements:
PVG Scheme Membership (dated within the last year for a quicker application process).
SSSC Registration or willingness to register within the required time frame.
Experience: We require all applicants to have had 6 months care experience within the last 5 years.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the highest standard of care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including day shift and back shift.
