ASA is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our public sector client in Edinburgh, with the position running from May until October.
About the Role
Working in the Operations departments you will:
- Assess applications to determine eligibility and entitlement to financial support, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, including customers and representatives, via telephone, email, or webchat.
- Handle customer queries through the helpline and webchat service, providing clear and helpful information.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional adhoc duties as required.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer facing roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle enquiries professionally.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement systems.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to meet varying demands.
Additional Information
- Edinburgh based office.
- 35 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for early starts or late finishes.
- Contract from May until October with the potential for extension based on business needs.
