ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting for an accommodation case worked to join our client based in Fife.

Role Overview
We are seeking an Accommodation Case Worker to join our clients Core and Cluster team, dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving stable living situations and fostering community connections through strength-based approaches. This role involves housing management responsibilities to ensure service quality and is focused on delivering positive outcomes for our clients.

Housing Support
Collaborate with the Lead for Accommodation Services to evaluate the suitability of referrals and assess clients’ risks and vulnerabilities.
Support individuals in identifying and reaching their personal goals and aspirations using person-centred and trauma-informed methods.
Implement safe working practices tailored to the diverse needs of clients, ensuring protection and safety.
Manage cases effectively to assist individuals in transitioning from temporary accommodations to permanent housing.
Keep accurate and current case records and submit performance data that demonstrates engagement and positive outcomes.
Meet targets and compliance requirements through value-driven practices.

Housing Management Support
Assist with housing management tasks, including helping client’s complete necessary documentation for occupancy and Housing Benefit applications.
Team Collaboration
Work as part of the broader Accommodation Service and other frontline services to deliver integrated support.
Adapt to a predetermined rota system to ensure safe service delivery and maintain engagement with clients.
Promote positive outcomes, share success stories, and exchange best practices with colleagues.
Foster interagency collaboration to strengthen community cohesion.

Professional Development
Take responsibility for continuous professional development through training opportunities and reflective practice.
Enhance communication and engagement skills to build effective relationships with clients.
Adhere to the SSSC Code of Conduct and maintain registration standards set forth by the SSSC
