Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a new part-time role in the public sector?

ASA Recruitment are currently working alongside a well-known public sector organisation located in Glasgow City Centre who are looking for a knowledgeable receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis.

Receptionist duties include:

  • Providing a warm and friendly greeting to clients and visitors.
  • Taking public tours and guiding guests to the appropriate location.
  • Answering switchboard and directing calls/queries to relevant team.
  • Updating and maintaining the database with relevant information.

Receptionist requirements:

  • Be available to start immediately.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to multitask and work in a pressured environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role including conducting public tours is a must.
