Are you an experience Administrative Officer looking for a new challenge? Do you have the ability to multitask and balance a workload successfully?
ASA are currently working alongside a well known public sector body who are looking for a knowledgeable individual with a background in administration to join their team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Update finance spreadsheets, review expense claims, raise purchase orders and ensure all data entered is accurate.
- Organise room bookings for meetings or conferences, diary management, taking and distributing minutes, preparing materials/delegate packs and distributing email reminders.
- Support team members by providing general admin duties, handling any enquiries via email or telephone.
- Digital filing of documents to Sharepoint, managing mailing list and arranging courier deliveries.
Administrative Officer Role requirements are:
- Previous experience in a fast paced administrative role.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
