ASA Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our successful and rapidly expanding client based in Perthshire to recruit for an experienced Project Manager who holds an MRICS qualification in Building Surveying.

Our client boasts some of the most exciting and significant projects across the country and is looking to expand their team to aid in this. As Project Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Property Director and be responsible for running various projects and developing structures for successful delivery whilst maintaining both quality and an already fantastic reputation within the sector.

This role would ideally suit an individual who thrives on working autonomously and excels at being a key team member within the wider business.

Our client also requires any candidate to either already have or be in the process of gaining a Chartered qualification. They must also hold a full and clean UK Drivers Licence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
· Project Management
· Contract Administration
· Asset Management
· Defect Analysis
