Catering Assistant

We urgently require Catering Assistants for work at one of Glasgow’s leading university venues.

This is a temporary position starting at £8.21 per hour plus holiday pay

Monday to Friday daytime shifts working either offer full-time or part-time to suit you.

You would be joining a team of dedicated and experienced staff who have excelled in the hospitality trade. This opportunity would provide our Catering Assistants with valuable catering and hospitality experience.

Your duties would be varied and include taking customer orders and clearing tables across a variety of restaurant and café sites throughout the university.

To be eligible for this role you would need to have 6 month’s experience in the hospitality sector, a good knowledge of food, excellent waiting/service skills and a genuine passion for excellent customer service.

Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations is also a requirement.
