Modern Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

Are you interested in a career in recruitment? We are currently looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Glasgow team on a Modern Apprenticeship scheme.

To be successful in this role you will need to be outgoing and confident to engage with candidates across various sectors to ensure they have a first-class experience with ASA and possess good organisation skills to ensure our compliance standards are met.

Keys tasks for this role will include:
– Using all digital platforms to source candidates from various disciplines for consultants
– Input and maintain all relevant client or candidate information to our CRM database
– Utilising CRM database contact candidates and book appointments into consultant diaries
– Send digital marketing materials to potential candidates
– Conduct any other general administration for office.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract for the duration of the Modern Apprenticeship period.

We are looking for someone with the willingness to learn our business and in turn we will fully support your development via internal training, on the job coaching as well as completing a Diploma in Digital Applications Support.

Hours – 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
