We are looking to speak to Human Resource professionals who value the personal and professional development of staff and have the drive and energy to excel in order to match the ambition and already amazing reputation of one of the country’s top holiday destinations.

You will use your knowledge of HR procedures within a hotel or hospitality setting and your talent for recruitment to identify the very best people to consistently deliver success time and time again.

In this role as HR and People Development Manager, you will:
· Have extensive experience of HR and Training in hospitality or a similar setting
· Provide evidence of previous development of staff and training procedures
· Be extremely organised and have a flair for innovative thinking and planning
· Strategically and commercially aware of market trends and financial forecasting
· Have a strong personality and the confidence to influence change and open discussions

In return, our client is offering:
· A Salary of up to £43,000 per annum
