ASA Recruitment is delighted to be working alongside our client based in the South Lanarkshire area to find an experienced Control & Instrumentation Engineer.

In this permanent role you will have:
· HNC or equivalent minimum
· Experience of designing instrumentation installations for Offshore/Petrochemical industries
· Experience of working within and oil & gas design office would be advantageous

Main Duties
· Development / production of the control and instrumentation design documentation to meet the contract requirements.
· Identification and selection of C&I equipment for compliant with project documentation / requirements
· Integration of the C&I design with other departments, such as Process, Electrical, etc.
· Review/validation of vendor documentation.
· Implementing and contributing to the development of the C&I design and procedures to ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved in a safe and cost effective manner.
· Provision of technical support to the tendering and project teams.

In return you will receive:
· Salary £40k – £50k
