The role of an Education and Learning Manager is primarily to assist in an establishment’s success through coaching, encouraging and developing it employees. Our Edinburgh based client is seeking an Education and Learning Manager to manage the full learning life-cycle for development interventions to a range of their employees.
In doing so the Education and Learning Manager will both manager and deliver the professional programmes curriculum and asses its effectiveness and principles. With great interpersonal skills in order to maintain already established relationships with external training agencies, the successful Manager will seek value for money to achieve the internal learning requirements of the organisation.
The Education and Learning Manager will be responsible for monitoring four direct reports and the quality assurance process for all of the trainers within the organisation. Therefore, they will actively contribute to “train-the-trainer” courses and be a good example for standards of practice across all areas of work.
