ASA Recruitment are looking for an organised and hard-working Administration Assistant to join a small yet dynamic team in East Lothian with one of our long-standing, public sector clients.
As an important member of our client’s repairs team based in East Lothian, you will be tasked with undertaking typical duties of Administration Assistant including the data entry of job sheets, scanning and faxing to assist in the general smooth running of the service as a result of your administrative support.
There will be some reception cover so our client is seeking a confident communicator face-to-face, on the phone and via email. With this in mind, having worked previously in a receptionist, secretarial, PA or otherwise similar role would be advantageous.
In order to achieve these office-based administration duties to a high standard, the ideal candidate is also required to be skilled in Microsoft Office and data entry. The successful Administrative Assistant will be working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week and will be paying £9.07 per hour.

· Have some experience working in a similar position
