ASA is delighted to be working alongside our Glasgow based client to find a talented and experienced Maintenance Manager for a hotel located in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

With a 5* standard and a stunning reputation, this hotel is known for its truly world class service and is a popular destination that has guests coming back time and time again.

As Maintenance Manager, you will be expected to drive standards and exceed expectation. You will be responsible for the training and development of your team to consistently raise standards and ensure the technical operation and maintenance within the hotel is in peak condition. This along with a financial responsibility for property maintenance and energy cost will be essential.

In this role you will be expected to:
· Show evidence of a technical or trade qualification within a building services discipline
· Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management within a hotel technical operation
· Show a level of effective experience within a hotel engineering environment
· Have excellent planning, management and execution skills
· Provide very high attention to detail and have robust analytical skills
