We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to join a public sector client’s procurement team on a 1 year temporary contract in Edinburgh or Stirling.
You’ll play a key role in the day to day co-ordination and delivery of Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulation (EIR) caseload within the information governance resource team.
Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate the Freedom of Information Case load
· Implement new practises
· Support existing practises to meet legal obligations
· Provide excellent customer service
· Assist with Information Governance
Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience of administering technical processes and how they are applied to organisations
· Good interpersonal and influencing skills with an ability to work in partnerships
· Experience of delivering a high quality service to external and internal customers
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities
· Skilled in Microsoft Office, with a good knowledge of Excel
