What’s the role of a Recruitment Consultant?
Every day is different, but here are some of the key responsibilities you can expect:

• Drive business development through proactive outbound calls and meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
• Source, screen, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various vacancies.
• Build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Work towards targets and KPIs to achieve success.
