Salary: £12.55 per hour to £13.80

Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef in preparing and cooking meals, adhering to dietary requirements.
Support the preparation of texture-modified diets and other specialised meals.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Assist with managing kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Work efficiently under pressure and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
Provide support to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of meals.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and nutrition.
Valid food hygiene and food allergen certificates.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel to different locations as required.
