Location: Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline
Salary: £16.00 per hour (Weekdays), £18.64 per hour (Saturdays), £19.24 per hour (Sundays)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
ASA Recruitment is seeking experienced Chefs to work across our client sites in Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, and Dunfermline. This role offers flexible shifts, excellent pay rates, and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals following set menus and dietary requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area.

Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Assist in managing stock and ensuring minimal waste.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Must hold a valid PVG certificate or be willing to obtain one.
