Role Overview:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. You will use your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to deliver tailored care plans, monitor progress, and provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans to meet mental health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments while adhering to best practices and policies.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring dignity and respect for all patients.
• Support patients in managing mental health challenges, promoting recovery and independence.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with Care Inspectorate and NMC standards.

What We are Looking For:

• Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Experience in mental health settings, including care homes or community services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, resilience, and a proactive approach to patient care.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• PMVA (practical violence and aggression training)
• PVG update required through ASA
