3 Month Fixed Term Contract – Immediate Start

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their team. The Labourer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks within the workshop. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the workshop.
· Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
· Maintain a clean and organised work area.
· Support construction or warehouse staff by aiding where necessary.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment and machinery.
· Assist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects safely.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Report any issues, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Full Driving Licence.
· Previous experience in a labourer or similar role is preferred, but not essential.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Good communication skills.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
