Location: Hybrid (HQ based in Crieff, 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across a portfolio of hotels and activity centres in Scotland. This is a unique opportunity to drive brand awareness, enhance multi-channel engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.

About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing plans for leisure guests, corporate clients, and country club members. You will ensure cohesive communications, working across departments to support both brand identity and commercial objectives. This includes responsibility for traditional marketing, Out-of-Home advertising, PR, email marketing, and events.

You will promote properties across Scotland, ensuring media coverage and visibility through various strategies, including collaborations with a PR agency, in-hotel campaigns, TV and radio ads, and social media. Your role will also involve supporting MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and wedding offerings, in addition to building partnerships that align with the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute leisure marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager.
Design creative campaigns for Out-of-Home, PR, and press activities.
Lead email marketing strategy and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align messaging.
Manage partnerships with organisations to expand audience reach.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive campaign execution across digital and social platforms.
Oversee marketing strategies for corporate and event offerings, including weddings and conferences.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and implement growth strategies.
Strategic leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in marketing funnels, CRM systems, and sales tactics.
Creative thinker with experience designing travel marketing campaigns.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.
